Tap Smart is Flexible arm CNC servo electric tapping machine.

Tap Smart’s Flexible arm ensure easy hole location and take centre of hole automatically, providing 100% GO-NOGO gauge assurance and perpendicularity.

Tap Smart equipped with built-in control panel with touch-screen provide facility to select tap size/pitch /depth and speed to operator and ensure convenient and fast operation.

Tam Smart is available in different models depending upon the tapping capacity and arm lengths as well as head position (vertical / horizontal)

Features

• Lower Arm: Provide fast and easy machine movement and maximum possible reach.
• Upper Arm: It consists of gas spring which makes the machine floating and nullify the vertical load acting on tap.
• Servo Motor: Provide Fast forward-Reverse rotation and good and steady torque.
• Handle Grip: It provide machine holding as well as forward-Reverse buttons mounted on grip ensure fast operation.
• Safety tap collets: safety collets consist of torque setting which prevent tap brakage.
• Control panel: Mounted on lower arm with touch screen display where operator can select tap size , torque, speed, depth etc.
